Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Branded Beauty LLC! If for any reason you do not love your buys, we have a 14- day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Once your item is received we will issue a STORE CREDIT. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags still attached. All custom trucker hats, cowgirl hats, and discounted items are FINAL SALE.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped out within 2 to 4 business days after purchase. Order are shipped through USPS and we will provide tracking numbers once the order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages but will do our best to help find missing packages.
